Introducing our Operating Principles and Owners

Gene and Rebekah Rivers started their real estate career as agents in 1992 in Tallahassee, Florida and have built it over the years into a real estate sales team of 10 averaging over 200 homes every year for two decades.

The Rivers have personally sold over 5600 homes since 1990, and their team has been ranked number one in all of Florida and the Southeast for Keller Williams many times over the last two decades. The Rivers Team has been nationally ranked multiple years in the US by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends .

Gene and Rebekah launched their brokerage ownership in 1996 co-owning a Re/Max franchise with partners. In 2000 they sold out and opened their first Keller Williams office in Tallahassee and today own and operate five Keller Williams Market Centers and business centers - Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orange Park and Panama City Beach/30A with over 800 agents and staff and their brokerage group has been ranked by REALTRENDS in the top 150 brokerage groups in the United States multiple years.

They also own North Florida Title Co. and Penn Homes Construction & Real Estate Investment Company. The Rivers have invested in homes, townhomes, condominiums, office buildings, lots, land and developments for many years and have a multi-million dollar portfolio.
