Chair Person - William Vasana
Focuses on driving the Market Center’s financial success by monitoring income and expenses, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, and keeping the ALC and local colleagues informed about financial performance. The committee collaborates with the TL to align on goals and educates agents on building wealth through real estate. They also organize events and bring in guest speakers to provide further education on wealth-building strategies.
Success and Development Committee
Chair Person - Robin Ibarra
Focuses on expanding the Market Center by supporting recruitment efforts and enhancing the growth of associates. The committee works with the TL to recruit new talent and assists in implementing training programs to boost the efficiency of Market Center professionals. Additionally, they oversee unlicensed candidates, Career Nights, and events aimed at driving growth and recruitment.
