Chair Person - William Vasana

Focuses on driving the Market Center’s financial success by monitoring income and expenses, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, and keeping the ALC and local colleagues informed about financial performance. The committee collaborates with the TL to align on goals and educates agents on building wealth through real estate. They also organize events and bring in guest speakers to provide further education on wealth-building strategies.

Lifestyle and Connections Committee

Chair Person - Yolonda Williams

Organizes social gatherings, networking events, and community outreach initiatives designed to cultivate a positive and connected culture within the Market Center. These activities include team-building exercises, holiday parties, charity events, and other social initiatives that strengthen relationships between agents and staff. In collaboration with the Director of Agent Services and Marketing, the committee also helps plan and promote Market Center events.

Success and Development Committee

Chair Person - Robin Ibarra

Focuses on expanding the Market Center by supporting recruitment efforts and enhancing the growth of associates. The committee works with the TL to recruit new talent and assists in implementing training programs to boost the efficiency of Market Center professionals. Additionally, they oversee unlicensed candidates, Career Nights, and events aimed at driving growth and recruitment.
